I think you need to sign a death waiver form so your family can't sue the JG26 if you die in the line of duty.
In your contract, you have the benefits of: -Playing IL2 without fear of death. -Being supplied with planes. -Eating. -Better chance with hot women. This is the best part of the benefits. (Warning, may not be valid, or may not work.)
Why so little benefits for such a dangerous work? Due to Germany losing the war, fundings for all squadrons were halved. (damn Hitler and his love for tanks.) Accordingly, the squadron lawyer eliminated the following benefits: -No more dental healthcare -No more portable showers. We'll have to take a dip in the river. -No more free plastic surgery upon injury. Yep, if you get burned, you stay burned. -No more infantry protection. If the Russians come near, we now have to fly away. -No more first grade planes. We now buy used planes. Sure they have a few holes in them and the cockpits are bloodstained, but they still work. I hope.
Anyways, I hope that helps.
