Happy New Year!
I hope to be dipping deeper into ROF and CloD in the near future, while we wait for BOS.

We can fly a SEOW Malta campaign on Saturday mornings hosted by Hawk_5 and administered by the superlative braintrust over at the seow HQ.
I am going to take some baby steps at developing a "Defense of the Reich" campaign utilizing SEOW. The general idea is to replicate 8th Airforce Heavy Bombardment groups making runs from England into Germany, France, etc hitting major factory establishments. Time frame should be starting prior to winter 1943/44 where allied escorts are limited and then through to 1945 where deep escorts were accomplished with P-51's. Radar will be employed to identify flight groups (strategic decoys or the actual main attack force of heavies, most likely B-17's, B-24s) Bombers most likely will be AI flown unless someone wants them flyable. I am hoping that a 2 hour mission can be flown that will traverse the westfront map and then the bomber flights can transfer to the next adjacent map (what is left of them) and continue there flight path to target. As I understand it SEOW can track the bombers through this transition (not sure if inflicted damages transfer as well). Axis of course will be flying applicable Bf-109 variants to escort the Fw-190 bomber killers. I'm sure a certain amount of point intercept 163 komets and 262's will play a small but interesting role.
