Pilots w/o cockpits

Last mission I remember claims of pilots without cockpits which resulted in pilots leaving and reentering and some restarts.

Has this been resolved, or has there been any attempt to understand what caused this?

1 of our pilots had this experience. That is the same pilot who usually sits on a different runway than the rest. We have re- checked his mods coutless times only to find he should have no problems but he does.

Last mission was his first as a gunner btw.
