Yes, yes, yes! I've been waiting for this since the game came out! The sooner they finish, the better Future campaigns with AI definitely should use this version. In a nutshell, the game will be way more realistic. I like every addition so far edit: what they could add though, is some documentation for the parameters of the torpedo drop for each type...

Other than the wonderful changes to AI that have been mentioned in the guide...
Please note:
"Fw 190
For the whole series handling and performance have been changed." (<--not my bad english)
Really looking forward to checking this one out, as I hate the handling and performance of this plane as it is now.

Indeed. Turning has been improved since last version I think, but it's still feels very heavy, every contemporary plane outclimbs and accelerates faster (at least that's how I felt when I last flew it online).
I really like the fact of many exploits being removed. Hiding in clouds against AI pilots, gunners, ground gunners, was pretty damn missed. And being able to sneak up on AI will make energy tactics against AI actually useable. Hopefully these all work out as intended - would make for much better offline campaigns (and online ones with some AI).

Sad Update.. Quote from the 1C forum. Post was written 01-01-2012, not Dec.31st Well sorry guys. Its not going to come today or tomorrow. There was a stepback in our plan for the release due to a few late and ugly bugs, found in the last minute, so to speak. Its not solved yet. We'll release ASAP. Only two more weeks suddenly became a little more like two weeks.
