The bulldozer is transportable by transport units (Horse Teams, trucks, whatever has freight capacity enough to do). I mean it can not cross rivers unless there is a bridge up.
I'll let the bunker where it is. I can turn it around and will not fire on your units. But, I didn't do anything wrong with that WOODEN BUNKER wich represents a reinforced MG position, not a concrete bunker. As I consider anything is done wrong with that Bunker, I'll let it pointing as it is...
If you do not have motivation to do that, then maybe you should step down of the commanding task, it's up to you.

The same a Bulldozer represents the engineers (men, machinery, material and so on), the MG Bunker represents that type of reinforced MG position, thats all. Have you ever seen a machine gunner and the ammunitioner sitting both in the middle of a flat field without protection? Even these units had the virtual time to build a reinforced position between the 23:00 and the 03:00 hour mission. They moved to their current location in 30 minutes or less. They had time enough to dig a trench and place some wood and bushes around and abovee the hole. Trust me, this MG BUNKER can be destroyed by light flak and by infantry AT sections, mortars and everything.
