New units added Mortar Teams

S! Commanders:
I have added two additional units to the Cost table for the campaign. Mortar teams that were new units for HSFX that were missing from the database.

The 81mm Mortar team for the Allies, and the 8cm Schwere Granatwerfer 34 for the Germans (Axis mortar team). I put a total of 49 in your resupply points for each side ( blue and red).

Nice. From our earlier testing with these mortars we have learnt to treat them with the utmost respect - they can be lethal!
